Shipping and payments

Siag NY ships throughout the United States. Our store will manage all shipments through its own dedicated shipping service, which allows the customer to monitor the shipment of the product from their personal account. The products can be delivered throughout the United States. Orders are delivered by the courier chosen during the purchase, which guarantees maximum safety and professionalism through its order verification system (tracking number). Once the order has been placed, you will receive your tracking number, which you can check directly on the courier's website .... our shipping office is working for you. Refund

Coffee is neither returnable nor refundable. We have a 15 day return policy on all other goods which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@siagcaffe.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as coffee), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card institution may take some time to process and send your refund as well.
