Shipping and payments
Siag NY offers different types of payment with paypal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as coffee), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card institution may take some time to process and send your refund as well.
